Děláš si srandu?! Zvládáš tolik workouts v jednom dnu? :O (pošli mi tvou fotku v plavkách, chci vidět to vydržené tělo! :O :D)
Tak to klobrc dolů, já jsem ráda, když v jednom dni zvládnu 45min pilates pro začátečníky, dva tři cviky na břicho a strečink (a ne, fakt se moje tělo za měsíc nijak nezměnilo :DD)
